Auke Jan Hulsker is a leading authority in implementing reporting and risk solutions for the financial services industry. Auke Jan started his career at KPMG Consulting in 2002 and gained experience in implementing reporting solutions for customers such as Achmea, De Lage Landen, AEGON and Ahold.
In 2006, Auke Jan started his own company and worked as a controller for several years. During these years, Auke Jan gained in-depth knowledge of reporting, banking and insurance. The acquired knowledge proved invaluable in Auke Jan's current role as a pioneer in CPM software design for the financial services industry.
In 2012, Auke Jan has designed and implemented the first fully integrated reporting environment for Solvency II, financial statements and management reporting at TVM Verzekeringen. The success of this project motivated a number of Dutch insurance companies such as Menzis, DSW, Generali and ZLM to adopt Auke Jan’s strategic vision on how to deal with the challenge of reporting Solvency II.

Richard Plooijer is an experienced project and interim manager with over 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry. His background is business administration. Richard has acquired his insurance knowledge and experience with insurance companies in the Netherlands and abroad. The assignments that he held for these insurers include the (automated) filling of the future financial and actuarial reports to the supervisor.

Johan Fleuren has 30 years experience in the financial service industry as a business analyst, information manager and software designer. Johan's core competence is to translate complex and comprehensive business needs to understandable proportions in order to advice, design, develop, test and implement effective ICT solution in an efficient way.During the last 6 years he mainly worked in the financial and risk reporting domain within insurance companies, investment banks, as well as at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Within the area of Solvency II, Johan has designed and implemented software components for the entire data processing chain, making use of datawarehouse technology, calculation engines, ETL tooling and sophisticated reporting tools like Tagetik. Johan has extensive experience within international project environments and multicultural project teams.
